Your Ambassador Career Path
Our Revenue Share program is uniquely designed to expand our Ambassadors’ total earning potential. The Ambassador Career Path shows the benchmarks that unlock new bonuses and higher payout percentages.
How does it work?
First, to qualify for a monthly Title and to be eligible to earn bonuses from the Revenue Share Program, you must be Bonus Qualified (BQ). You can do this by meeting at least one of the following requirements:
- Be within your first 12 months (your enrollment month + 11 months)
- Personally close 6 Loans (or more) within a rolling 12 month period
- Your First Year Ambassadors Close 12 Loans (or more)
- Meet the annual cap during your Anniversary Year
The Revenue Share Career Path features Titles that acknowledge your monthly business activity and grant you access to your Ambassador bonuses. Your Title will determine the bonuses and percentages you can earn.

Career Path Advancement Example
In the following example, here are the 3 steps needed to qualify for the Director 1 Title.
- You need to be Bonus Qualified, and you and your Downline need to have closed a at least 300 loans within the last 12 months.
- You need at least 4 Legs, and 3 of them need frontline Ambassadors that are also Bonus Qualified.
- Your fourth Leg has an Ambassador who has reached the Title of Ambassador 3 in the month.
- Anniversary Year Your Anniversary Year begins on the first day of the month that you enrolled, and resets annually.
- Frontline Ambassadors A Frontline Ambassador is directly below you in your team genealogy. Most commonly these are the Ambassadors you have personally enrolled. Each of your Frontline Ambassadors starts a new leg in your team structure.
- Qualified Legs A Qualified Leg is a Leg that meets the qualification for a specific title. For example, to be qualified as an Ambassador 3, you need at least 1 leg where 1 Ambassador (anywhere within that leg) is qualified as an Ambassador 3 or higher.
- Team Loans The total number of closed loans by you and your team members through your first 3 Levels over a rolling 12-month period.
