How do you participate?
When you qualify as a Director 3 each month in a calendar quarter, you earn shares in the Consistency Pool. You can participate in this reward program every quarter you reach this Title.
How it works:
- We set aside 0.01% of the company’s total cleared loan volume each quarter for the Consistency Pool.
- You earn 1 share for every cleared loan in your entire downline—including your own—each month you hold the Director 3 Title during the quarter.
- Quarterly, we determine the share value by dividing the pool amount by the total number of shares earned by all participants. Your payout is calculated by multiplying your shares by this share value.
