We’re leading innovation through our Mortgages Under Management (MUM) model—redefining how advisors deliver value beyond the transaction. As a First Home IQ ambassador, I’m also passionate about financial education and empowering first-time homebuyers. Based in San Juan Capistrano, I lead with purpose, integrity, and a commitment to the future of our industry.

Over the years, I transitioned into corporate finance, managing financial operations for companies with revenues up to $500 million. This path allowed me to see firsthand how strategic financial decisions drive long-term success. As someone who has led multi-million-dollar mergers and acquisitions, I know the value of insight, quick action, and persistence in overcoming financial hurdles.

At Ethos Lending, my role is to guide our strategic financial decisions—but more importantly, I’m here to help you understand how smart financial planning can transform your career. I believe real estate is one of the most powerful ways to build wealth, not just for your clients but for you and your family. My wife Mandy and I are deeply committed to our community and our three children, and our values are reflected in everything we do, from volunteering at school to supporting the Ronald McDonald House charity.

I’ve built my career by rolling up my sleeves, improving systems, and raising service standards. I’ve led teams to generate over $2 billion in profits by focusing on efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.
